Predatory towing company, rude, obnoxious, arrogant, greedy people

Bluegrass Towing makes a practice of cruising private parking lots in search of cars they believe they can get away with towing. They have deals worked out with slumlord apartment building owners so they can sneak in and take renters' guests cars out of the parking lots in the middle of the night. They DOUBLE the towing fee if they leave the lot with your car. The drivers are rude, obnoxious, arrogant people, and Heaven forbid if you want to remove your personal property from the car before they leave!

I watched this company tow a guest's car AFTER they were informed that he was an authorized guest. They then proceeded to tell the car owner and his friends that they were "lowlifes, " "know-it-alls, " etc.incredibly obnoxious people!
