Ripoff, odometer roll back, fraudulent, poor business ethics, rude Covington & Atoka

This car dealer sells cars that have had odometer rollbacks, 3 time totaled and flood damage. While not disclosing any infor to the customer.

I bought a 96 Civic from them in January, and within 2 days the odometer had stopped working. I went back to the dealership and was told that "It worked fine when I (the dealer) drove it. Well, as a month went by the car had practically fallen apart, The odometer stopped working - they did fix that - the distributor would get water in it when it rained, and the clutch fell out - yes fell out! I got the TN Highway Patrol Criminal Investigators involved and they pulled a carfax report for me only to find that the Odometer read 146,000 in In 2004 I bought the car with 102,582!!!

These people refunded half of my down payment - total 1300- and kept the other half for "rental fee" I am currently trying to pursue a lawsuit, however the attorneys fee's are outragous. But please BE WARNED, these people will rip you off in a heart beat and not care.
