Ripoff totally are different people after you make a purchase they are deffently "salesman"

They told us they had leftover 2003"s so we went there, turned out they didnt!

We liked a truck they had there, they asked us what we could do to buy the car from them, we said undercoating they said no problem, put it in writting and everything, turns out they have no one to do the undercoating, they informed us of that after we bought the truck back a second time to have it done!

They told us to pick our car up at 4pm, it wasnt ready until 830pm, it was dark when they gave it to us, turns out there was scratches on the car, we called them they next day, nothing they can do cause we already left the lot with the truck!

They were very nasty after we bought the truck!
They have to many things to list!

Do yourself a favor and dont go to northport ford!
