Orlando Auto Repair Shop Although their ad states free towing, they forced my daughter to pay $80 for tow because she would not allow them to repair her brakes

Car repair shop there held my daughter's car hostage and hid the car in another location after she would not agree to have them repair the car. His ad stated free diagnostic and towing. When I contacted him he stated that it would be $2400 to repair the car. It is a 1999 Pontiac, so I said no way. He then dropped the price to $1600 and said it would be without the tax. I still said no, and told my son-in-law to go get the car. This past weekend the shop moved the car further away, and now wants $80 for towing prior to releasing the location of the car. When I tried to talk to Chris he promptly hung up on me. This business should be outta business.
