Ripoff service station, sticks you with extra storage fees and misc charges

This dealer never received signature to approve repairs, car was towed there. He called me when complete and told me charge was $230.00 for a $50.00 water pump. When i got there to pickup my car he stuck me with extra storage fees which bought the bill to 640.00. He would not let me pay by credit card even though there was a sign on the window that clearly states visa/mastercard. I had to wait there till i was able to get cash then he game me the key to my surprise car would not even start after i was told all was good. I went and got a new battery installed it by myself and to my surprise car would not drive over 15 miles an hour. I took it to another service station which is currently fixing the problem. Stay away from these guys at all costs.
