Ripoff Took last paycheck and sent me a dollar!

My husband worked for LDJ inc and we have been paying almost five hundred dollars a month for health benefits and when I confronted him (ldj) he said he was paying 50% of it, so that would mean that our health insurance was over 1000.00 a month.

When there was a discrepancy in my husbands pay checks on whether he was being paid 31 cent a mile or what, LDJ had no comment.

I could never figure out the right amount of pay, they never wrote the mialage on his checks nor how many cents.

Then when it came down to my husband quitting, I called him after the fact and asked Ldj if he was mailing my husbands last pay stub he said he isnt getting one, that we owe him, I said ok I want a printed check stub.

I finally recieved something and it was a hand written letter and a $1.00 personal check. I also seen on the paper that he screwed us and gave us 14 cents a mile for the last check.
