Scam. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. They called me to tell me that company policy wouldn't allow them to rotate my tires because there was too much wear on the treads and that I needed to buy new tires (I did not buy new tires.) When I was picking up my car they were telling a young couple that their car didn't pass inspection because of loose steering, which is not a legitimate inspection failure. To top it all off, they sold my cell phone number to an outfit hawking new cars (800) 405-6120. Stay away!
