Service Manager asst. Service Manager Verbally abused Disrespected Yelled at by asst. Service manager (yelling at the top of his lungs)

The nightmare started when i brought my truck to get a detail and tuneup. Service department called and said that they had broke a plug. Well after talking to them it was clear that they wanted to charge me for there mistake. I went down to General Managers office to talk to their GM. After talking with their Gm it was decided that they would cover the cost to repair broken plugs. I was happy up until the time came to pick up my truck. Drove my truck home and woke up the next day to go to work. Sun is shining i look at my truck all i can see is circular scratches from being detail incorrectly detailed also my once dark grey trim now stained white. I called service department to complain i was mad. I never yelled swore or raised my voice. Was i a little rude dam right second time they had messed up my truck. Well the asst. Service Manager made excuses put the blame on me and my truck after talking with him he told me that they have never had anyone complain. I laughed really hard i at the time was looking at all the complaints on the internet and found him to be a lair. He got so mad he yelled and verbally abused me then he hung up on me. I called his manager and told him what had happened. I got a call back from his manager John service. Telling me that he would refund $89.00 out $110 for the detail. Also the i was rude and cynical and that he didnt want to see me down there anymore. Unreal never have if been treated so badly by anyone.
