After ordering flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day, I get a call a WEEK later saying they had failed to deliver, did I wish to reschedule? Thankfully when the answer was "NO!" they agreed to a full refund without too much hassle. A complete failure to provide the service they are selling is no way to run a business.
