Ford's Extended Service Plan
Withholding Refund Requested

ESP through Ford Lincoln Mercury is Out and Out and Frauduently withholding a warreenty refund that is rightfully due me. This organization has even gone as far as not acknowledging my initial request and trying to low ball me with my refund. I was quoted an amount and they company is trying to deny that quote and not refund my totally like I should recieve. I want the full refund due me upon my initial request which they have on file.
