Water Spots

On August 1 I took deliver on a 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat super crew from Lithia Ford in Roseburg Oregon. Later, the first week that I had the truck I noticed some water spots on about half of the side windows and the windshield. Because of it raining I did not take it back to the dealer at this time.in mid september I noticed them again but we were on our way to boulder city Nevada for the winter months. When arriving in Boulder city Nevada I had a chance to wash the truck and again noticed the water spots on the windows and made an appointment with Ford Country in Henderson Nevada. They said the spots were etched into the windows and not a warranty Item. I would like to ask FoMoCo to rectify this problem as It was not anything I did to cause the problem and the truck has less than 4000 miles on it and the windows, especially the windshield is a hazard when driving into the sun because of the reflection on the etched water spots. Please resolve this problem of the water spots that cannot be removed by washing. Thanks
