Terrible car detailing by Auto Detail Masters

First of all, I drive a 2010 Mazda 3 which is kept in very good condition. I occasionally wash the outside and vacuum the inside, and rarely wash it's windows. The point is: it's not a totally filthy car. I bought an $80 Living Social voucher for a deluxe car detail to include thorough cleaning of the outside with waxing, rim polishing, water spot removal, vacuuming, thorough wipe down of interior and window washing on inside and outside. When I got to the location (a parking lot of an old Japanese restaurant) at 1:00 for a 1:30 appointment I was told they were running behind and asked if they could have my car until 6:00. I said no thank you and a completion time of 4:30 was agreed upon. After an evaluation of my car, they wanted to charge me $35 extra to remove water spots, which I agreed to. I enjoyed my afternoon in Waikiki, returned to my car to find them "finishing up". I paid $80 for the voucher, $35 for the "extra treatment", $10 for the tax, and $15 as a tip. I immediately noticed that the entire interior of my car was greasy and had a glare from all of the product used. There were actual globs of material around my vents and globs of wax around my gas tank and side view mirrors. My windows were not cleaned on the inside and the outside had an incredible layer of gunk on it which smeared quite nicely when it rained the next day. They didn't even clean my trunk and there were still water spots on my windshield. When I spend money to have my car detailed, I expect to get a better job than what I would do myself. With this company, I received a job that most high school car wash fundraisers could have done. Do not bring your car here if you want it detailed.
