I Do ALL My Foot wear shopping @ Dicks in Melville NY Solely because of the EXCELLENT Custumer Service Provided By the Workers In the Dept Of Special Note, ongoing for many years is JOHN FEINSTEIN who always tries to help in every way while servicing several Customers at the same time due to the volume as well as the time I often shop. He ALWAYS go's far and above the call of duty to get the style, brand and model of the footwear I am in need / looking for, Many times, he always has (offered to, and has done) state and company wide serches for other stores that still have stock on a shoe that his store is out of, and is Usually successful he then has them shipped to Melville and calls me when they have arrived... I is this type of service and commitment that makes Dick's my 1st and ONLY Stop when shopping Footwear He alone should be recognized and commended for his commitment to service and the custumers that he must continually bring back in the doors of the store to shop foot wear!!! Thanks' Dick's for haveing people like John there waiting to serve and Get it Done for Me!!!
