Vehicle would not begin - required to NTB. They held it all of the evening, named and stated I required a brand new battery along with a new alternator. I'd never had an issue with both before. I requested the cost - they stated approximately. $536.00. I asked the cost, they really returned having a greater price of $883.00 - this isn't a typo - $883.00. I turned up in the shop unannounced and informed them to place back on any components eliminated I had been getting my business elsewhere. Subsequently and just subsequently did they ultimately choose to inform me, my alternator wasn't actually poor, they created an error... They understood at that time that after I went elsewhere I'd discover there is nothing wrong with my alternator. I got my vehicle elsewhere the issue was identified (required a battery) in 5 mins and set in 20 mins at a price of $76.91. NTB totally meant to cheat me out-of around $800.00.
