Very poor Customer Service!

I'm Ms. Manali. I-drive a 2000 Chevy Cavalier Convertible. I'd a problem with my vehicle not having the ability to begin in mid-April. I got the vehicle to "Don Hewlett" situated in Georgetown. I acquired a great support and was billed $423 when I changed the alternator having a low-GM alternator. I had been informed that there's a-12 month guarantee.

Recently (06/02/08), the battery lighting beginning arriving ON within the vehicle. Hence I got the vehicle to Autozone and noticed the alternator isn't supplying the necessary voltage and present towards the battery. I got the vehicle to Don Hewlett again-this day. They examined the vehicle and stated that the alternator was poor and must be changed again which I'd to pay for the work cost. I'd to nearly combat to describe my stage that no body explained the guarantee doesn't protect work cost to get a non GM component. After I visited gather the vehicle, I had been educated the component was changed with a re manufactured component so when I requested to determine the voltage and present rankings following the fix, I had been declined.

Infact I was also informed the component may go south again which I'll need to spend work cost the next time onwards. I truly didn't anticipate this type of bad support and that I am truly discouraged within the whole situation!
