Dishonest and deceptive practices

Infinity covered made left before my automobile. Driver accepted problem and was reported by Phoenix PD. Originally Infinity wouldn't return calls subsequently (week later) they accepted the driver was their covered which we're able to continue with this state. Originally the Insurer stated Infinity could protect our problems... The they transformed it to 80% of our damages as pace "may" have now been an issue. I noticed that pace wasn't an issue and that's backed from the incident record posted by Phoenix PD and also the covered was reported for a left-turn/inability to yeild.

It took Infinity over per week to see our automobile and problems and three months to provide an acceptance for restoration. After that it required your body store three months to create our repairs. Following the repairs were finished we waited per week 5 for Infinity to come back our phone (s) so that they might make cost towards the bodyshop and we're able to get our automobile.

Whenever we posted our rental bill once we were directed by Infinity to complete... The very first informed us they might just spend 80% of this cost and later stated they'd just spend 80% of 15 days worth of rental whilst the repairs must have been created within 15 times!?
