Terrible Business

"Please Improve", is the lowest that I can give here, but what I would like to say is more along the lines of, "you should not even be in business". I ordered flowers for my mother on Mother's Day and not only did she not receive them, but I never even heard from the company (except for the receipt of my payment) to let me know. A week from the time they were supposed to be delivered I spoke with my mother and found out that she hadn't received anything, so I called the company and representative (who was laughing and talking w / someone next to her while she was speaking w / me) said, 'oh yes, we're unable to deliver to the address you gave'. Ummm, and the company was never going to tell me this?! Then she offered to send flowers today w / and apology letter to the recipient, and I asked her why she just told me they couldn't deliver to that address, but now she was stating that they could? She said, "oh, right. My bad, we can't deliver there". Needless to say that I canceled the order and will NEVER USE their services again. I also intend to let anyone who is looking at reviews (which i clearly should have done first) know about this experience.
