Test drove and used stethoscope chrg 89.00

Took my vehicle in for a noise problem and was called back about 6 hrs later after placing 3-4 calls to see if they had looked at it.

Was advised that the noise was coming from the A/C compressor and the cost to repair it would be 1,100.

The cost of the compressor is under 300.00 at any local auto parts store and most places I called would install it for around 300.00. I called the dealer back and asked what he would chg for the labor and was told it would be 366.00. So they were charging me over 700.00 for the part.

The other prob was they charged me 89.00 as a Diagnostic fee for just doing a test drive and using a stethescope. This I find unresonable
