Tire choice
False advertising and incompetent staff

FIRST: VIP oil change was advertised on the board for $9.99. I was charged $12.99 and $9.00 for two additional quarts.
SECOND: they rotated my tires on a Lexus with larger size tires in the rear.
THIRD: several times I asked if the oil setting was reset and several times I was told that it was.
The staff is incompetent and the manager a coward who avoided me after I discovered the issues.
