Stop wasting your time reporting your gripes to this or any other service, including the State, local, and federal government entities. They cannot help you. They will only enter your complaint in a database and that's it. No one will contact you. They will just say they received and logged your complaint.

Hire a lawyer and take it to court. There is no other way, and that may not work. The LAW doesn't care how much you were ripped-off or by whom, but, there are legal contracts and there are illegal contracts.

What about a class-action suit? I dunno.
