Fiduciary Services There is hope this "company" will be shut down shortly

I found this website accidently and was amazed but not surprised to read that other folks had unfortunate encounters with Arizona Guardians especially Candace Bow.
Our problems occurred in 2006 and we filed a complaint with the national organization that certifies Fiduciaries. I am pleased to report that those reports do trickle down to the state organizations.

Over the past many months, Candace Bow has had to face authorities and peers at the Arizona Fiduciary Certification Program and yes, Nancy, this program is overseen by the Supreme Court of Arizona. This is why we all were "flashed" Candace's business card with the Supreme Court seal on it. One can only wonder how many other unsuspecting souls were comforted by the fact that the Supreme Court of AZ had "appointed" someone to protect their loved one (not!).

At any rate, it appears that Candace Bow will no longer be in the business of certified fiduciary at least in the state of AZ and hopefully, no where else in the US since our complaint was filed at the national level. She seriously breached ethical bounds in our case and it is difficult to know if Claire Guthrie and the other staff members at AG knowingly participated or not. I do know that some of them knowingly falsified documents.

I will leave the details of our sad tale for another day. What is important right now is that she will hopefully be barred forever from this profession in the very near future. If you wish to check out the progress or file a complaint about a fiduciary in AZ, log onto this website:
