I'd boarded the airplane and we lay waiting at 07.55am to remove.

At 8.15 we were informed from the flight deck that people were awaiting one traveler which we ought to be removing in “ just a couple minutes”. This traveler had been 20 minutes late and certainly must have been refused entry.

At 8.25 the traveler eventually came and having set her baggage within the overhead lockers joined the flight deck and got a chair. I had been at this time I had been really frustrated since it seemed we'd been awaiting an associate of the team – as she was resting about the flight deck.

As a result of this wait in awaiting this passenger we'd missed out position and we ultimately became popular some 50 minutes delayed

After I requested the mature cabin crew member why we waited for just one traveler, who seemed to be team, I had been informed the passenger we'd been awaiting was actually - watch for it

The daughter of the captain and he chose to hold the airplane till she came.

Incredible arrogance of the person. Transavia subsequently explained I had been not eligible for any payment since the regulation claims no - garbage - total and complete drivel. Still another instance of bad support, mess the client after which refuse any responsibility of treatment or responsilbity!
