I'd the toughest connection with my entire life regarding airways this weekend - all because of Allegiant Air

Our two kids and that I journeyed to Santa Maria earlier this weekend. We were placed within the very entrance of the airplane, where I had been prohibited to maintain my 9-month oldis diaper bag since there is not really a chair to store it below. I'd to place it almost down the airplane in overhead storage and was informed I really couldnot get access to it with a snotty flight attendant. Not just that, but we were postponed more than 30 minutes awaiting a delayed traveler, who easily overheard properly is definitely an Allegiant Worker

To top everything down, we were refused boarding on our return trip to Nevada since we were 2 minutes late!!! 2 freakin minutes. Maybe you have visited the Santa Maria airport? THERE'S NOTHING THERE!!! There is no body within the TSA point, no body in the solution tables, there's SIMPLY NO reason that my kids and that I couldn't have now been permitted to examine in. I have it if it's a sizable airport which isnot logistically feasible to make the journey to the entrance in 45 minute, nevertheless when the entrance is 50-feet apart there's no cause.

The girl behind the table was the rudest consultant I've actually handled, IN JUST ABOUT ANY organization. She held departing and heading behind a closed doorway while I had been speaking with her. She explained she'dnot help me before trip had removed... That was 40 minutes away!!! I had been attempting to struggle and work out how I had been likely to get home. She held declaring "this occurs on every trip, there's usually somebody AS IF YOU." Ugh! After I eventually got her to inform me once the next trip was, it was 2 nights absent and from another airport! Even when it'd have worked, the foolish lady would not create the reservation for me personally! She DECLINED to assist. We'd to rentacar and push for 10 hours.

So... I'd to hold back half an hour to get a delayed Allegiant worker in Nevada, nevertheless when I'm 2 minutes late I'm refused sign in and boarding, and treated like trash. How is the fact that right?
