Awful Customer Service

I've utilized Firestone at Woodlake in Midlothian, VA for a long time. Sadly, in my opinion within the last year or two they've had a big change in administration. The client service is HORRIBLE. I had been planned a scheduled appointment for brand new wheels. I appear at my planned period and was informed the tires weren't anticipated until later within the evening and "did not the revenue worker contact me?". NO! The revenue worker did not contact me! Therefore, I've to totally arrange my routine to create the vehicle back for tires this morning. An easy telephone call might have been good.
