Ripoff, on sale of voluntary reposession, due to loss of work

I was making payment until I lost my job. I tried to make arrangements with them (Arcadia) to justify my payment. They did not want to hear anything. They started to threaten me and I decided to give them the auto back. At this time they wanted to try and make ammends to me to justify the payments and make arrangements. I was so far behind at this time it was out of control.

After they picked up the Rodeo. The letters started coming in threatening to garnish my wages. I asked for the bill of sale for the rodeo and a payment history because the amount they wanted was the same as the purchase price of the Rodeo. Everytime I called the office I cannot speak to anyone. I have sent certified letters to them. With no response. I am tired of them, I would like to see them refund everybody for the sale of their autos. This company has to be stopped.
