Olympic Financial ARCADIA KEPT MY MONEY - Lied about REPO Sale

In May I was laid off from work and couldn't make my payments to Arcadia/Olympic Financial, therefore I fell behind. I had a 92 4Runner which was repossessed when I had only a few payments left. After dealing with their rude collections dept, I was able to get the $3200 I owed and in good faith sent Arcadia the money they quoted me. Then they just sent it back saying they could sell my truck for more money at an auction and started asking for more $.

I kept asking them what happened and how did they figure what I owed but heard nothing. They never gave me an explanation and sold my truck and kept all the money. Almost a year later they they sent a check for $760 without an explanation. Two years later I was able to get Arcadia's paperwork about the sale only after I hired a lawyer.

Then recently (Sep 03) I found out through the car auction that Arcadia lied in their paperwork about how much the truck sold for. They owed me over $2000 but only sent me $760 without any explanation at all. Crooks!

I have a court date of Nov 3 if anyone has been wronged by Arcadia please contact me by clicking on the rebuttal button. I am wondering if Arcadia is lying to YOU about how much they sell the repossessed cars for? I would like to hear from anybody that would know.
