Arcadia Financial ripoff, vehicle was stolen, Arcadia bought it from the stealer and is trying to get me to pay for it! Even after a court order!

Must read! I cannot believe what I have gone through with this company in the past 3 months. Ok here goes, my vehicle was stolen from my job's parking lot. I called Arcadia and told them that it was stolen and that law enforcement was working on getting the vehicle back for me. WELL THEY DIEN'T LISTEN! On the day before the Raleigh PD was just about to bust the guy for larceny, Arcadia had someone go and pay the stealer $1600 plus dollars to save a lien that they had in the first place. The theif falsified letters saying he would sell unless paid $1600.00.instead of Arcadia listening to their customer, they jumped the gun and paid this man for steling my truck!

He was arrested for larceny and ordered to pay back the money to avoid going to prison. However Arcadia is refusing to release the vehicle until they are paid back.in the meantime, me, the customer is without a vehicle even though they know it's not my responsibility to pay them back! This happened on June 14th and today is September 27th! On top of all that, this company has placed a voluntary reposession on my credit! I am outraged in how they have handled themselves. They are very unprofessional, and certainly do not put the customers best interest into consideration. Even when it's a legal matter! I am the victim here and Arcadia has treated me as if I am the criminal! I am embarrased to say that I have to do business with this company! 1 legal assistant of mine said they owe me money and should have never gotten that vehicle. On top of that, he said the very day they found out that I'm not the one at fault, thay should have released it to me. I can't wait for the right attorney who knows the law inside and out to call me, willing to represent me in court. You have my number, I'm accepting all applications.
