Shady Good for Nothing Scam Artist

I would avoid this so called company at any cost. Lies from the get go. The trailer that I ordered cost 25 K, I gave 14 K down, because I was promised financing. I just found out that the order was never placed till almost 2 months after the deposit was given. I was told the trailer would be ready for pick up June 10. I picked up my trailer October 3.

One week before I was to pick up my trailer this shady owner informed me that he wasn't going to give me credit, he informed me that a letter was sent out 3 months prior informing of this. Theres no such letter in my file or my file thats on their computer. He also told me that he was going to give me 19 K worth of trailer to be fair. That turned out to be an empty trailer, meaning NO EQUIPMENT. He refused to give me an itemized bill for what I did pay.

He cant keep and staff for long period of time. The staff that was there when I went down to visit his company wasn't there 6 months later.

He doesn't return phone calls. He wasn't there to meet me to pick up the trailer, after i called 10 mins prior. He has terrible book keeping skills, had to resend canceled checks twice to prove what I had already gave them.
