On December 13 of I was on my way to work when I noticed that my 2001 VW Beetle had little or no power. I pulled over and called my step-dad. He went through the phone book (first mistake) and found a local mechanic that specializes in repairing any VW. He then followed me the 30 miles to the mechanics shop. I was told to leave my car and they would give me a call when they figured out the problem. I was called by the secretary Maea (who is the girlfriend of the owner) I was told that they did a diagnostic and that it was just the spark plugs. A very simple thing to fix and my vehicle should be ready shortly. When we got ready to go home I gave them a call to see if my car was possible ready. A man told me that it was not, but would be ready the next morning. I arranged for a ride to go pick it up.

The next morning, I decided to call before I left work to get the car since I was told the previous evening that it would be ready.
