Lemon, lemon, lemon!

I went the dealership about ten minutes before closing, I found a vehicle that I like so the salesman tells me I cannot bring the vehicle home at this time I would have to wait until it goes through inspection first but he needs the down payment ($1500) right now so he knows I will be getting the car for definite. So he tells me the car will be ready first thing in the morning so i called in the morning to see if it was ready and he says in a agitated voice, "let him do his job he told me the car will be ready when its ready in about a hour" so I wait two more hours and call back and he says "I just told you it will be ready just chill out! So I wait another hour and he says come up and get around 6 pm (which is right before closing) so I get there and they are rushing me through the paper work, So I finally drive out with the vehicle and I get ten miles down the road and its smoking. So I call him and tell him and he's tries to get me to go up under the hood and fix it myself and says the office is closed now too bad! Wait until the office opens monday morning and he can maybe help me!!! I hang up with him and get five more miles down the road and the electrical system shut down the cars done wont work, I call him back he tells me to tow it at my expense ($75.00) back to the dealer and he will fix it free of charge... I have no car for two days... When I make back there on monday I tell him I want my money back he says, "no it will be fixed today just stay here until its done... I wait eight hours still no car, "Then he says he has bad news it wont be fixed today. SO I demand a new car or my money back or I'm calling the news 13 so they finally offer me a 13yr old car with an old car phone attach in it and says thats the best they can do because I'm being too difficult and NO REFUNDS!
