Poor service

MAVIS TIRE (3434 State St. Schenectady NY) who would think getting 4 tires put on would be such an ordeal. Set up an appointment online so we wouldn't have to wait. Yea right. Took 4 hours to put on 4 tires and replace a passenger side inner tie rod end plus alignment. The tires were NOT balanced CORRECTLY. They put weights (not small weights) on the exact opposite sides of each other. They inflated all 4 tires to 35 psi when it calls for 44 psi and payed no attention to linning up the dot on the tire in accordance with the valve stem. They said that doesn't matter. Well they put that dot there for a reason and it matters to us...
