Yousef seha sold me a car that broke down 20 miunutes later!

I purchased a 2004 Cadillac CTS from Atlanta Auto Plus on 9/22 with 109,538 miles on it. After driving off the lot approximately 20 minutes later the transmission failed on the car at 109,607 miles.

DO NOT TRUST the salesman Yousef Seha, he told me that there was nothing wrong with the car and was in great operating condition when he sold it to me and that I must have driven it roughly. When asked about any accidents he told me a collision in the back but further review from the mechanic showed that it was in a front-end collision, proving that he deliberately gave me false information.

I returned to the lot the next day to try to rectify the situation hoping he would refund or offer assistance at the least with the repairs in good faith. He told me to get off of his lot and threatened to call the local authorities which he did while he "went to the restroom."

The local authorities came to the dealership and asked for my synopsis of what happened.
