Sold A Lemon!

I purchased a saturn SL2 at the dealership 51states in brunswick ga from a man name Glenn on May 21. He told me I was getting a great car it had brand new tires he had just purchased and the car was mechanically sound. I drove the car and the ck engine light was on so I stop at Advance Auto and got a guy to put on machine and he said nothing came up. I went back to the dealership and purchased the car. The car was listed on the craiglist with 170000 and when I realized it was wrong it had 180000 on the mileage. I look on my bill of sale and it said mileage exempt.?? I had only driven the car maybe 200 miles and the ck engine light came on and when i got home i ck the oil and it was 2 1/2 quarts low. I put the oil in there on May 28.1 week after I purchased the car. Then I had to put another 1 quart in there on June 10. I have only driven the car not even 600 miles. The engine is burning oil is what I had a mechanic tell me. He told me to take the car back. I tried and they said to take them to court. I have contacted the BBB about this matter and as of today June 14 I haven't heard nothing from them. I want all my money back I paid for this car $2850.00. They have sold me a lemon and this is wrong with the ecomony like it is.
