Okay, we purchased a car from Carlotta Credit back in June. We had it a week and called them telling them we had issues with the electric, transmission, heat, muffler and engine and other issues. We brought it back and all they did was patch the muffler. Shortly after the car over heated so we took it back and they said the head gasket went.

They said they fixed it... Once again, we got it back and 10 miles from the dealer the car over heated. They took it back again and first they tried to blame it on my fiancee, then they said the gasket they used was defective.

Once again the car was retreived and here it is now the beginning of september and the car is in a parking lot with a dead engine! We tried to reason with them and all they could be worried about is getting the payment.

I told the dealer if you had fixed the car the first time right we would not have any issues. It was brought to them within the 30 day warranty and they failed to fix it right so we kept having issues. So, they should honor it as if it were still under warranty and fix it right as they should have before the 30 days was up...

Now here we are carless with a loan and no way to get to our Drs appts or any place and oh by the way... They knew when we bought the car I had cancer and we needed reliable transportation.
