Phoenix Engines Rebuilders
Sells low quality sub standard engines

Cars & Transport

Ordered a complete Engine from Phoenix Engine Rebuilders in 11. Engine arrived and was installed as per Instruction. Everything was torqued as per the instructions. From the beginning we had issues with the engine. Could not get the engine to run at the recommended timing. We continued to try to work with the engine anyway. Second month, the manifold started leaking. Called Customer service and was told that it happens and was sent another Gasket for replacement. A few months later noise was comming from the engine. Upon inspection, we noticed two rockers sitting at a angle. Reported to Phoenix engines. Was contacted a few days later. Randy, the warrenty manager mailed a BOX OF ASSORTED rockers. Was told to pick the one that suited us. We sent them a bill for the repair. Bill was refused because we didnt have the old part. Was asked to ship back the ASSORTED rockers as well. Last week, Sept 9 engine started to make more noise.
