NO refund, poor customer service

I bought a solution with Oxygen China to travel from Chicago to Beijing. They I would like to travel from Detroit to SFO airport. Nevertheless, in the Bay Area airport, they stated that I really couldnot travel to beijing due to my passport despite the fact that I had been getting another trip to Mongolia. I had beennot going outside the airport in Beijing. I had been merely returning home to Mongolia, transiting in Beijing. Today, they need me to purchase another solution to travel and wont provide my reimbursement back!!!
