Run Around, dragging feet to pay a claim HORRIBLE Customer Service

9-5 my son totalled his car when he hit a deer. Claim reported that night to Geico.
Adjustor assigned, never came to see car, told son to take to body shop for estimates, estimate submitted via Fax and car was considered totalled on 9-6. Geico removed the car from my policy on 9-6.
9-9 car was towed by Geico to one of their loss auction yards (still no adjustor looked at car)
9-12 new adjustor assigned, just got report of claim at 9am (after a week from accident) am told he will be looking at the car in the next day and will be getting back to me. Explained son needs car to work and nothing has been done.
9-13 Checked on Geico website and now another adjustor as been assigned to claim!!! Called this new adjustor, has no idea why he was assigned the claim. Can not get to the car until 9-14. Called Geico's total loss dept, and no help whatsoever, am told NOTHING.

I have been calling the Geico Claims # and the adjustors every day, several times a day. No time frame as to when someone is going to look at car, when they will settle claim, NOTHING!!! Gragging their feet and all i get is the run around after 10 yrs as a loyal Geico Customer, never had a problem, but never had a total loss either: (

Horrible claims service, paper scuffling and dragging feet not to pay a claim. Took car to their lot and there it sits for over a week and no one has even bothered to look at it and total it out officially. Bank wants their pay off, i need to settle this so son can get another car and get back to work!!!

Am seriously considering changing insurance after this mess, my cars, motorcycle and home are all insured thru geico. Not sure i want to risk anything after this ordeal with them!!!
