Bogus Late fees and Phyical confrontation with customers

I purchased a 2005 Malibu from Carmart in ElDorado in November. My payments were made every week two days early by my aunt who lives in ElDorado because I work construction and am not all ways in ElDorado. I changed jobs and my pay date changed. I contacted my account represenative Serena to move my pay date in May. I did the paperwork to move the date from weekly to by weekly and change the due date to Saturday. Several two months later my aunt goes into pay my payment and was informed I was two payments past due. Serena never moved the payment date to parts of each payment was being applied to late fees so I was never paying a complete payment.
I went in to speak with Serena on July 29th she was not in the office so I spoke with another lady in the office that could not figure out the problem and I refused to pay the late fees because I did have and did present my receipts for payment. I was given to a guy named Bo. Who was a large man I assume sent in there to intimidate me. He put his hand in my face and told me to sit down and shut up and listen. He blocked the door until I listened to him and paid the past due of 228.00. What are you suppose to do when threatened except pay the payment. I did so set up electronic withdrawl from my account and today I get a call saying I am two payments behind from the same bully on my cell phone telling me to shut up and listen to him or return the car.
