Scammed, ripped off

I accept many of these grievances. I got my vehicle set for an oil-change at Monroe Muffler in South Attleboro Mass alongside BJ's. The Supervisor (Mike Donnelly) explained that I needed back wheels. I mentioned truly, I simply changed then-20,000 miles before. Therefore, I chose to have them changed. He's the Suppossed Skilled. I told him I needed the aged wheels back and so I might display my technician. Our technician was on holiday. I expected him before any function was completed just how much was it likely to price. He cited a cost. After I obtained the statement it had been method within the cost offered. There is really a charge on the website he never described. A $15.00 store charge. Truly! I had been informed which was for towels after which I questioned why he never mentioned the store charge. He responded nicely it's published within the store. What an asshole! Never again can i use these rip-off, douchebag, assholes con-man organization. I confirmed the previous wheels to my technician and he mentioned I really could of gotten another 25,000 kilometers in it. The technician broke hands down the aged wheels having a sort. It's obvious as evening it had been damaged having a sort. WHOA! I also got an oil-change there. Per week later the oil filter was dripping gas. The DumbASS Technician didn't tighten the gas filter enough. I'd to pay for my technician to tighten it precisely and cleanup the surplus gas. If you like to get scammed - visit monroe. SHOULD YOU DO NOT TRY TO LOOK FOR A STRAIGHTFORWARD MECHANIC! I then found out later the supervisor (Mike Donnelly) was marketed to a different Monroe. Whoa! Scammed enough people after which time to operate! Monroe muffler hurts!
