Battery warranty service

I bought AAA battery for my vehicle only a little over this past year after I caught with delayed vehicle spending nearly three times of normal value. The AAA serviceman had explained that you will see three years guarantee support whether or not I stay AAA associate or not throughout that time.

Our car sat within the storage for around 3 months so when I have to get a meeting, vehicle wouldn't begin since battery was useless. I named AAA battery guarantee support which was about the battery. I talked to some woman and he or she related me to nearby West Hills, CA AAA office. The woman declined to deliver serviceman since I declined to cover warranty support.

I asked her why do I've to pay for when the battery is UNDER GUARANTEE?

She said the guarantee support is just for AAA member. Exactly what a perspective? They cost nearly three times greater cost for that battery, nor supply guarantee support to non member.
