We were approached by Leagacy Motor-Cars through SWAPALEASE.com. The corporation delivered people files to signal to sub-lease our automobile. The agreements all appeared legitamate. A representative of the organization subsequently found get our automobile. I subsequently obtained a phone from Heritage Motorcars stating the vehicle have been taken. I subsequently obtained another phone in the individual who was believed to have taken the vehicle and he explained that Leagacy Motor-Cars was a fraud. This individual stated that they utilize to work with the individual I had been coping with from Heritage Motorcars. Then he stated he'd prefer to spend me straight for that vehicle. I never heard from him again. I approached the Kingsburg, California police division, plus they did nothing. I subsequently approached the DMV inspections division plus they did nothing aswell. Additionally the DMV detective wouldn't return my calls. After I did consult with him he explained that Heritage Motor-Cars and also the individual I had been coping with had completed this to approximatley 19 others. Farmers insurance didn't protect the robbery simply because they stated I paid the secrets. I've no idea where my vehicle has become. I'm being prosecuted by Mercedezbenz for that lack of the automobile. I'm currently dealing with an attorney to solve the problem.
