Awful company

I got my 2000 Dodge Smart to Firestone on January 24 to obtain my oil changed. Firestone mentioned just the gas plug be changed, that we did and there is a brake light out. Nothing else was mentioned. After departing Firestone my vehicle began trembling and also the motor light came on. I delivered the vehicle to Firestone on Feb 25 24 hours later and was informed I required a significant tune-up. I subsequently approached my technician and he arrived to my home and viewed the motor. What he advised me is there is a tossed pole within the engine and also the engine will require rebuilt or changed. He did inform me there is a shooting motor that required changed but won't look after the cast pole. I did so substitute the spark plug and also the shooting motor. This did create the check-engine light set off. What he thought was Firestone began the vehicle without any gas within the engine. He also described he's observed this occur often before. I subsequently approached the store-manager about the telephone and described. He advised me there's nothing he or the shop may do to assist me. I subsequently submitted a state using the small claims court. I seemed in court on April 2. I am currently expecting for that judge to determine the end result. Exactly what the judge told Firestone is when the motor was for the reason that poor of form, they (Firestone) might have I would like to understand there is a significant motor issue.
