*Buyer Beware* I am only writing this because a few months ago I also had a terrible experience with JR's. It was not pleasant at all. As soon as I picked up my car, I noticed where they had made multiple mistakes and dinged and scratched my car. I tried to take it up with the owner that perhaps one of his employees might have done this but he flatly refused, got angry and walked away! All I wanted Stephen to do was make it right but he absolutely refuses to do so.

I was overcharged, yelled at by the owner and refused any considerations whatsoever. I highly recommend that if you live in bend, oregon that no one uses JR's Body and Paint for repairing their vehicle unless you want to feel as ripped off as I was.
