Doubled Quoted Price and didn't warranty work discriminates

Girl Friend Quoted: $88 For break pads and spun rotors, when she picked up her truck she was given a bill for $130 and told that she didn't need pads, but they spun her rotors. Disappointed, she gave them a check and left. When she drove off, she noticed that her truck was pulling extremely hard to the left when breaking.

She called back about 5 minutes later to ask why it was pulling and why the bill was so high, she was told that they had to bleed the brakes and it took extra time. She asked why this wasn't listed and the owner hung up on her! She called right back and was hung up on again! She called another auto repair shop and was told that they only charge 60 to spin the rotors and that they shouldn't have blead the brakes w/o notice.

This is when she called me in tears, she also called her friend that recommended the place and we all met to talk to the owner (Richard). We get there and when we walk in Richard asked us what we needed, and we told him we wanted to talk about his work on the truck, his first response is You won't get a dime out of me, just turn around and walk out. I asked him if he guaranteed his work and the response was I'll never put that truck on my lift again. From there it went downhill, he started calling us punks, making threats and being extremely ignorant and eventually called the local authorities'.

We waited for the police and they told us the only thing we could do is talk BBB and file in small claims.
