TMS crooks!

A place of rip-off! TMS gave me an initial total crash estimate (itemized by parts including labor) at $6,400 (complete restoration of the bike to a brand new state). After i took off the crank case, exhaust, and rear view mirrors from the estimate, the cost went down to $2,200 so i gave the OK for the restoration. Few days later, i got a call from TMS saying that they forgot to include 3 more items and the cost went back up to $3,500 but i still gave the OK expecting that i am getting a bike with totally brandnew plastics. Here's the surprise, when i picked up the bike, only the front and the left side fairings are replaced. It means, i have to pay another $3,500 for the right side and the rear? What if i add the rear view mirrors, crank case, and exhaust, another $4,000? Total now will be $11,000? What happened to the $6,400 initial crash estimate? Thieves! $900 was paid for labor. Even at $100/hour, 9 hours to attach 6 pieces of exterior plastics? I carry my invoice in all my meet ups with other bikers and show it. And they laughed... And they laughed... And they laughed...
