Unprofessional, terrible, dishonest, misrepresentation! Internet

Winshields 4 Less is the most unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful business I have ever had to deal with. My experience with this company, which falsely advertises that they are BBB accredited, but are not even registered!!! It is apparently privately owned and they DO NOT CARE about you or your property!!!

I absolutely regret giving them my business and would NEVER refer anyone to this terrible "company." My experience started off with the field technician making me wait two hours after my appointment time before the company called to ask if they can reschedule for another day. I decided to give them a chance and rescheduled, where I waited once again only to reschedule once again the time of the appointment. He then showed up 30 minutes late to the rescheduled time.

After he replaced my windshield and left with my money, I found my car with broken glass all over my dash board and the molding reinstalled improperly. When I called to remedy this situation, they were extremely rude and upset that I even had a complaint.

Eventually I was "transferred" (meaning she handed the cell phone to) the "supervisor." This vile person treated me with such disrespect, cursing and yelling profanity at me, exclaiming to me that if I want it fixed, to sue him. He threatened me, calling me cheap (for going with the cheaper company—them) and that that is what happens when people try to get things for cheap. He got so bad and aggressive, that I filed a police report against them. The deputy told me that, apparently they have had other reports filed against them.

Customers should never have to deal with or be responsible for their lack of care and sloppy handling of personal property! To top it all off, on the receipt, they write "Lifetime Warranty on Labor, " but clearly are also falsely advertising this fact and do not hold true to their promises.
