Breach of Contract

On July 22, I created a developed purchase of the 2012 KIA Sedona having a trade in of the 2009 Blk Mitsubishi Lancer benefit quantity of $16,800.85. The push out price of the Sedona was$30,000.00 that was overnight delivered from Warner Robins Credit Union to Hollywood HONDA.

On July 30, my regularly scheduled payment per month allotment to my MMCA consideration was obtained and published toward the total amount of the Lancer, therefore, lowering the benefit sum from that on July 22.

On August 9, Hollywood HONDA through automatic contact, utilized my MMCA consideration and obtained the reduced benefit sum compared to purchase agreement on July 22.

On August 10, I made connection with Hollywood HONDA: Joe Levy, General Director and Joann, Sales Manager, requesting them to follow the purchase agreement and return my $424.82. They declined and insisted on composing a brand new purchase agreement that will have provided Hollywood HONDA more income for that same automobile we currently had a on; they'd previously obtained the $30,000.00 for and, I had been currently driving.

I declined to negotiate an previously caught and taken care of offer. I'm seeking help within this issue to get my $424.82 plus evaluated punitive damages of $2,000.00. Hollywood HONDA willfully and unlawfully required utilization of my funds and breached the conditions of the purchase agreement we created on July 22.
