Ripoff dishonest fraud con-artist

The top shop is a auto restoration for autombiles intereior. I took my car to the top shop in april. I was originaly having custom interior and a custom top done on the car when the owver bill nobles said he could also do the painting. I agreed and we agreed on a price.

I was deployed to afghanistan, and while deployed nothing was done to the car. When i returned in november the only thing that was done to the car was it had body work done and had been stripped of all the interior. At that time I then told him I would need the car by the beginning of March and he said he could have it completed. I then returned to Ft. Lewis and had called the shop numerous times to check on the car and he said it was nerely completed all the had to do was paint the car and install the interior.

I then talked to Mr Nobels on 3 feb in which i reminded him on the date i needed the car completed and he again said it would be done. At this time all of the money agreed upon was paid exept for one thousand dollars which i told him i would give to him upon my arrival to pick the car up.

I arrived on the 23 to check on the status of the car and it looked the same way it did when i had left in november he then assured me it would be done by the first of march. Of course the car wasnt done by the first and he had every excuse in the world why and as far as i was concerned it was plenty of time and he had the money.

I pulled my car out of the shop and we agreed upon a refund price and he and my wife signed a agreement written by him to refund her the money on the 15 of march which we still have yet to recieve. Whe has been up to the shop numerous of times to collect and all he has is a bunch of excuses of why he doesnt have it.
