Completely unsatisfied

I am completely unsatisfied with my most recent visit to Firestone. I went in for a simple oil change and inspection. While I'm sitting in the lobby, I hear the technician say he was having trouble with the inspection machine and called someone to figure out how to reset it. When they're done with my car, they tell me that my car's failed inspection, and the only way they can tell me why is by doing an $80 engine diagnostic test, but I can come back within 15 days to have the inspection rerun at no extra cost. I take my car to get the codes read at Autozone and they said nothing was wrong with the car, and in looking at the inspection report noticed it looked odd because it was basically a blank template. I go back to Firestone a few days later and they say their inspection machine is broken. OH REALLY? I tell them that they charged me for my inspection when I'm pretty sure the machine was broken the day I was in there. They said the only thing I could do was wait for the machine to be fixed. Two days later I come back and had to deal with the gripy lady up front saying "ok, we'll run it again, but if it fails, you have to do the $80 test". Magically enough, it passes. Keep in mind I didn't fix ANYTHING. I didn't even get an apology for all the trouble they've put me through. Will never use them again.
