Inept pharmacy help - Diovan

I had called in a refill on one of my husband's prescriptions at 8:00 in the morning. I called back about 11:30 to find out when it would be ready. The person told me that their delivery had not come in yet but it was due by noon and to call back in about an hour. I called back at 12:30 and they said the order came in and the script was just up to be filled, to please give them about 15 minutes or so. When we arrived there were about 8 people ahead of us. After waiting another 15 minutes in line, they told us that the medicine was not in stock! After another few minutes, an associate told us that what happened was that they only had 26 pills, not 30, so they decided not to fill the order! I told them that we would take the pills and they could credit us for the 4 other pills. As we stood there to wait, a very snotty associate told us that we could not wait there, that we had to come back in 15 minutes! After all this ineptness we decided to just leave. My son went back later and picked up the script.in the meantime, I had called another local Wal-Mart to see if they could fill the prescription. The pharmacist told me that they could not get it in for another day but he did explain why and offered an apology. I have since transferred our other scripts to the Pittston Wal-Mart and will hopefully never have to deal with the rude people at the Wilkes-Barre Wal-Mart.
